In the meantime, the short version: WellWishes is a digital wedding registry operated by WellWishes Limited (NZ company number 9434049), built in Aotearoa New Zealand. We help couples collect cash gifts from their guests. We don't hold the money; payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to a connected account in your name. We charge a $200 fee to publish your registry (plus a small processing fee at checkout) and a processing fee on each gift. Who covers the gift's processing fees is set per registry. The default has the guest top up at checkout, but you can also share or absorb the fees. The full document will cover account use, payment processing, refunds, data, dispute resolution and termination.
